About Us

YOCELU is an independent online women's fashion store operated in the United States. We offer a selection of women's clothing through our online store, with a focus on dresses and styles for different occasions.

Our Product Selection

Our online collection features women's dresses, including maxi dresses, midi dresses, mini dresses, and occasion-inspired styles. Product selection and availability may change over time.

Product descriptions, available sizes, colors, materials, measurements, and other specifications are provided on individual product pages. Please review the details and available options before placing an order.

Orders and Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. After a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the estimated shipping transit time is 6–9 business days.

Order processing and shipping transit are separate time periods. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier operations. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We offer free standard shipping for orders shipped within the United States. Available shipping options and any applicable charges for other destinations are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may submit return or refund requests within 30 days from the delivery date. Please contact us before sending an item back so that we can provide the applicable return instructions.

Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after approval. For returns involving a physical item, the applicable return process must be completed before the refund is approved. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy for the applicable return requirements and procedures.

Customer Support

We assist customers with product questions, order inquiries, payments, shipping, returns, and refunds.

For help with an existing order, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout when contacting us.
